Home renovation · Andorra A new home. Without moving house.

Layout, light, services and every last finish, rethought from top to bottom. You decide how you want to live; we bring your apartment, penthouse or house up to it.

Paper first. Dust later.

A full renovation doesn’t begin with demolition: it begins on the drawing board. We study how you live — or how you want to live — and turn the house into a project, with plans, materials and every line item settled before anything is touched. By the time work starts, there are no open questions left.

One point of contact, from first day to handover

Builders, joiners, plumbers, electricians: all coordinated by a site manager who answers for everything and tells you, week by week, where we are and what comes next. You have one number to call. Always.

Finishes that stand close inspection

Solid oak, local stone, microcement, made-to-measure joinery. In the mountains, materials work harder than anywhere else — so we choose the ones that age well and fit them with the craft they deserve.

What sets the price of a full renovation

Every project is priced individually, line by line, with nothing hidden. What moves the number: the floor area, the state of the existing services, the level of finish and whether the layout changes. Prices carry Andorra’s indirect tax (IGI, 4.5%) — not VAT.

Frequently asked questions

How long does a full renovation take?

It depends on the size and scope, but a complete apartment usually takes three to five months on site. The handover date is fixed in the contract before we begin.

Do you handle the local permits?

Yes. We prepare the paperwork and building permits with the comú (parish council) of the relevant parish, and coordinate any access and protection measures required.

Can I live at home during the work?

For a full renovation we usually advise against it: the work moves faster and you live more comfortably elsewhere. Many of our clients are abroad while we build — we keep the project moving and report weekly. If staying is the only option, we plan the work in phases.
